Mercury Rev- In a Funny Way
Now I know this was posted a couple months back, but it went entirely unnoticed (we need pictures to get you monkey's attention). Being my favorite video of 05, I feel the need to post it again for anyone who missed it. It cute and creative and simple, which are the keys to a great video in my book.
Yeah, it's cute & clever, but it also gets repetitive halfway through. Same shots over and over again.
There you go again with your jaded film school technicality. heh. To be honest, how do you guys enjoy videos on the internet? I hate it, personally. Just the option to fast forward makes me so impatient. I miss the days of 120 minutes , and no Subteranean doesn't even come close.
Visually and audiouly it changes throughout it's duration. Perhaps it's not like that Fischerspooner video, throwing out bizzare ideas every 5 seconds but it's visually pleasing and consistant. Plus I really love this band/song.
