what a load of disappointment that was...

It's entertaining. He still has an amazing eye and good timing.
It does not seem like he's warming up for any large narrative project though. DIY is fun, but I consider the urge to limit myself to what I can make with in a dark basement with no actors one of my more chicken-shit impulses. I still hope he gets it together to make Neuromancer or something, and is not content to sit back and let all the 'movie' directors crib his style.
