Weezer "We Are All On Drugs"
Directed by Justin Francis (Saline Project)
my thoughts: when Weezer started, their instincts were very good; planned or not, they projected a very appealing image and it helped them endure during their 5 year hiatus.
Now, they're making artistic decisions right out of the playbook by bands like Good Charlotte.
That being said, this video is light years above their Beverly Hills video but doesn't compare w/ the International version.
At least they're not at a Mexican wedding, or the muppet show, or a motorcycle gang rally, or the playboy mansion, or a sumo dojo.
I actually liked the song before I saw the video- it's a shame I wish they would have picked a more "lighthearted" idea- this one had way too much story to fit it...
that 330k qt link doesn't work for me.
this one does
i used to love their stuff - now i can't believe how mediocre this tune is, and how incredibily inept their lyrics have become (this one even tops beverly hills). what has happened to these guys...?
(the video's half-baked)
who will pay for my ruined adolescent memories? CUOMO WILL
ha ha! the saline project sucks!!!
Weezer bites!
bites what?- they are too fucked on drugs to bite.
how embarassing can things get for weezer? here's a censored version they've apparently had to do for mtv: "we are all in love". the video and the rest of the lyrics have remained the same - hilarity (?) ensues.
