undiluted genius. this could so easily have been some shit-slick garbage with pouting models trying to sell you a well-designed expensive lifestyle. FUCK THAT, GIMME DOGS. it's simultaneously hypnotic, eerie, and hilarious, without being cloying or ironic. i respect that poodle and the makers.

okay - now I realize that this is a short film and not an officially commissioned music video; similar to "Rubber Johnny."
Pleix do some good work. The video they did for Plaid back in 2001 (?) was one of my favorites at the time. They're good at keeping up with what looks hot right now. Unfortunately, the videos tend to date as a result. I say the same for this one -- hot right now. Very.

Not sure if its a real rip-off. Slow motion, dogs, cyc wall. It's going to look similar no matter what, even if you aren't familiar with the pleix spot.
Not that the two need to be compared, but I liked the ad a lot.
damn at least pick a different background. either way lasers win, so pleix > pedigree
