I really dislike this video Its cop-out, feel good crap Cute kids, simplistic theme, clichéd ending

The "Svefn-G-Englar" video is far superior

this video disowned by the band, actually, as they claim it was made without their participation when they were on tour

Funny. It's better than the other videos they DID have creative input into...

Try the Sigur Ros news section on their site. They had to get the video done, and they were on tour.

totally one of my favourite videos ever.

This video changed my life.

When a work of such breadth and mastery is discounted as "feel good crap" simply because it deals with uplifting subject matter, it simply reveals the narrowmindedness in which today's audience views the avant garde in relation to the traditional. I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds, but it seems to me that our expectations as an audience have been switched from the expectation of the idealistic conclusion to the bizarre rhetorical trajedy, not widened to encompass all possibilities in between.
