In case you've already read it, I've added two corrections:

I had noted that Johan got Madonna's "Nothing Really Matters" thanks to his association with Jonas. However, his video for Madonna's Maverick-label band Baxter is what got him noticed.

Also, in my editorial note, I wrote that Johan's Peugot ad was reminiscent of Michel's Oui Oui video La Ville. Johan notes that he wasn't aware of the video, and wouldn't dare copy somebody.

My apologies for the error and faulty implication.
