So was this actually planned or not? Lance's commentary confused me. If it was planned, it was great. If that was spontaneous, it kinda makes Lance look like a jerk, really.

It feels planned to me cause if not, then the security at the show is completely incompetent. They never really seem like they're trying to catch him. And at one point the security guards' acting makes it really obvious. What's great is that the audience has no idea that he's planned this, so their reactions are hysterical.

         

It was definately planned.

I think it was completely planned. in the commentary, he says that he used a camera phone, no way.. look close when he gets on the stage at the beginning. he place the camera on the stage before he gets himself up on it. No way a camera phone will stand like that on the floor.. he had to have some sort of small consumer camera but not a phone. .. its really cool,...almost something like spike jonze would do..

         

It was definitely planned. On the DVD there's a "treatment" that includes his travel path.

It doesn't matter, though.This video is so great.Lance Bangs is my hero.
