I'm guessing it's in the Portland, Oregon area, as that's where Lance Bangs lives. (That's Corin Tucker from Portland's own Sleater-Kinney, during the Isobel Campbell spoken word part. Tucker's married to Bangs.)

Athens, Georgia late 1998. Subjects were mostly from Belle & Sebastian's email list Sinister, an open invitation to appear in the video went out and these people traveled to Athens to appear. Also features some housemates and friends.
