Ive never seen the full version online, but there are plenty of links to the 6min extract from the Directors Dvd.

         

Yeah the problem is that I would like to download the video and not to watch it.

i was able to find the full version online, but it is something someone filmed at a theatre screening, so definitely not HQ. Dont think there is a HQ version out there. I've done some extensive research and nothing.

         

Good luck, intravein. People have been e-mailing me about that for years, and it ain't gonna happen (unless Chris changes his mind and releases it someday - doubt it).

         

Who do you think owns Flex? Since it was commissioned as an art instillation, I wonder if a collector controls it or something.

         

Someone who's done video installation work could probably answer that question easily, but my guess is Anthony D'Offay has some (if not all?) rights to flex and Monkey Drummer. Chris' DLabel DVD marks Chris as owning the copyright to 'all imagery and artwork' in that release, however. Anyone can draw up their own terms (within the law), of course.

That's one of those technical questions I've been wanting to ask Chris, since so many ppl ask that..

For US copyright law, some reading: Visual Artists Rights Act - There's also a difference between copyrights and moral rights.

Maybe I should become a copyright lawyer..
