Robbie Williams "Sin, sin, sin" (dir: Vaughan Arnell)
www.youtube.com Robbie plays Messiah.
Quicktime on director's reel:
Sexy Robbie, what have you done? You've made a fool of everyone!
robbie is a very weird entertainer . i'm not against weird and exotic but this stuff i simply don't understand . what is he trying to say ? it's like all these women are paid to play his girlfriends in the video but it doesn't mean anything in real life . no group of women would agree to such relations it is just him thinking about him self that he is a god and it is wrong he is really not that great , there are many other artist who are much more original and creative than him . now i don't think he actually mean to talk religion but jsut in case : fuck god and all his people and fuck all religion
this video conceptually is great. Basically he is bringing to light the whole sheepish hollywood transcendental/david lynch/TM for cool, movement that people are following like a cult. Its leader is the image this video is paroding. Basically, in short, TM is charging an exceptional amount of money in learning how to meditate to get to a "god level", something that religions such as buddhism has done (for free) for eternity. Its commendable that such a mainstream artist like RW has the balls to do a video like this instead of the latest gimmick in styling and choreography.
That was fucking great. Trust me me yakoub, Robbie clearly feels the same way you do. It's a satire dude. Best scene: the rings of pregnant woman dancing around singing Robbie. Oh and the new age CG universe effect stuff was priceless. I also like how he keeps them working in the fields through maternity.
Nah. Robbie's like 'hey, let's make another crazy, kinda fashion magazine photo shoot for my next video.' Most of his vids are cute but it's all the same 'me-and-my-girls' bullshit. Good as stylized pix pack for a magazine, boring as a video.
Robbie Williams videos sometimes got something. but this "sin" video is simply boring as hell. Guru Channel, pregnant girls. He think this might be clever in a world where people are searching for something... ...of course its satire... but... so damn boring.

I agree: very boring. most boring thing is the song.
