Do you mean quickest production of an mv, or shortest mv ever? Here are some offerings for the latter, though there are probably very many punk vids shorter than Earlimart's "Lost at Sea".
daku, i thought it was a bit tooo smooth & friendly, both the song and the vid. i would not expect you to be negative, of course, but the whole thing might deserve a bit of an edge, and a bit of irony, maybe? (okay, we may not have a tradition for that, but just imagine how the brits might do something similar? maybe one can learn [not copy] a bit there. as e.g. in the aforementioned datenstrudel-vid.)
that said, the idea's great, keep going! (liked it better when i watched it for the second time! the project will surely keep growing as you go along)
kevathens, we will try THE QUICKEST PRODUCTION. last group game of the germans will be in the afternoon of june, 20th. game will be over bei 6pm and we will be on air with a song ABOUT that very game before 11pm! - I think thats a record. thank you for the comments!
funtoosh, yes you are absolutely right. but we are working within a VERY conservative german federal tv. so it's almost a miracle that there is anything like this here at all. but I keep your critique in mind. I had some similiar thoughts. but between will and action there is a long way...
