fatboyslim VJ mix
this is edited by japanese VJ using 60s japanese film. amazing old lady dance! no special effects in 1960s.
Funny.
hot shit! obaachan is pop lockin'! btw, who's the vj?
I'm glad I kept watching past the abject editing of the first 40 seconds or so. It's really something, if only to watch this extraordinary footage (although it does swing with the track).
The drummer of that band is in the original Ultraman cast. He's the bumbling guy.
See!?
Pssh... it's funny and all - but it could have been edited better.
When the guitar players sway back and forth at first, they could hang for a moment extra on their pose to give way for rythmic timing with the track... and I dunno. I just wish they spent an extra hour or two to get it solid, because that kind of thing takes me out of the mood.
Otherwise it's nifty. Someone should get cracking on something like this with those Indian musicals. They are... a hoot.
mitchma: i trust you've seen jan pehechan-ho vs primus?
Blimey...
I hadn't previously.
But that is pretty well done. A hundred times better.
Seeing that makes me hate this one even more.
After watching the whole thing, it's just that final minute that is even worthwhile, where the mash-up takes place. But the first two minutes are worthless.
