The whole Ninja thing is a frustrating red herring because I liked so much of the rest. The editing is particularly nice but would have benefitted from more attention to the shots/'acting'
Nice job on what must have been a shoe-string budget. Certainly enjoyed it more than the Janet Jackson cash-fest (see her latest video on antville).
Didn't really get the ninja theme but still enjoyed it. At times they reminded me of Beastie Boys' characters in 'Intergalactic', certainly when they were all together on screen in the roller-disco. It was all kinda charming.
Nice work putting visuals to music too. Sometimes they didn't make sense (sometimes??) but they still drove the track along and found myself getting into the groove. Didn't like the overuse of effects though. Hit and miss with those, always tricky not to draw too much attention to itself when it comes to effects, and at times it seemed like you had just discovered the effects menu.
But cool vid. Look forward to the next one!
(with regards advice on getting it out there, YouTube is certainly the place to start, along with links on Myspace. Have you also tried contacting music tv channels? I know VH2/MTV2 might be interested)
