I read somewhere that Spike was unhappy with this.

but it's charming. Kinda slight but fits the music.

And as one comment noticed, the forerunner to Moby's Porcelain and Radiohead's Karma Police.

actually a bunch of the videos he didn't include on his DVD (REM Electrolite, Mike Watt Liberty Calls) seem to have this same no high-concept free-flowing vibe... it's not bad at all.
