I've been using Super for almost a year now and love it.
I am a happy user of Super(C) (as well as MP4Box, FFMPEG, Mencoder, and other stuff) but that is a classic decode->re-encode program. You lose quality in the process.
This one claims to perform a direct LOSSLESS transcode to MPEG-4. You know that YouNoob standard quality is pretty poor, so a chance to save what little remained after the Toobing process is good to me.
And is also completely online: you download the AVI or MOV file directly.
MediaCoder is even better: mediacoder.sourceforge.net and updated daily.
