i liked this video but it didn't grab me the way some other pieces did
interesting that all the labels and blimp had different first choices and warp jumped at this one
HASS: I was told warp has been flogging financially and considers Jackson very promising for them (both artistically and commercially).
Doesn't it make sense that they'd pick this...?
oh totally: this is completely inventive and creates a narrative around an artist that is usually represented in a more abstract sense.
i think its good but i just preferred other videos in the competition but i'm also interested to see what else ben has done as its really not easy to judge signing someone with just one piece of work to look at
i think my point is more that i found it interesting that all the judges picked a different winner
