Directed by Karina Garcia Casanova, and created for the 'Disown, delete' single which features the vocals of Chan Marshall (aka Cat Power), this Ensemble video is made up entirely of hurricane footage, creating a storm-chaser's visual poem crafted from raw footage of amateur videographer, Rich Horodner's 30 years chasing hurricanes across America. Part environmental documentary, part exploration into the abstract beauty of nature's destructive power, "Disown, Delete" moves from devastating to sublime in equal turns. The video is also included within issue #17 of Specialten .

As a bonus Cat Power's latest promo for "Where Is My Love?" directed by Anne-Laure Keib who toured with Chan way back around "Moon Pix" playing percussions and singing. Unfortunately the video is only available on U2b. I'll buy you a beer if you find it somewhere else.
BTW: could anyone please tell me what exactly a spec video is?

a spec is a music video or commercial which you produce on your own. often the people involved work for free and there is no video-commissioner in between. and hopefully the spec on your showreel helps you to get a paid job... good luck
