The video has been posted here in a couple of different versions. It's from the 1965 INDIAN (not cuban)film Gumnam. The U.S. film Ghostworld features it, and that's what brought it's resurgence.
There's been a number of mash-ups using it. They're all fair. The original is absolutely the greatest dance seqence ever.
