Wow - that was up for maybe 24 hours. There was already legal threats left underneath the utube posting(s). Ha.
Basically these clips seemed to have been captured from the 35mm camera feed. I'm assuming the old minidv playback tapes. Tomlin was all over O'Russel for constantly changing things around and O'Russel freaked out over her constant backlip around the cast and crew.
So he goes crazy in one of the videos - punching the set and breaking things as he calls her all kinds of names.
In the next, O'Russel provokes Tomlin and she starts screaming fuck u to the camera and to everyone around her. At one point she's screaming into the camera with her middle finger in the air. Freaking out. Dustin Hoffman turns to her and is like, "Use this. You're there. You can use this." And she's like, "Oh Fuck you too!" Haha.

is it just me or does it seem that Lili Thompson was kind of asking for it in the 1st one? of course, we didn't see everything that led up to her being frustrated with him, but it's his job to help her figure out what she's doing. she seemed like she was being resistant to him doing his job.
His tellin' her to act like a grown up makes me laff Still I guess its one thing to have a benny, but quite another to drive people to the bomb shelter coz ur exploding crap 'round their 'eads

Oh man, I saw this some time back at a UCB black tape night. I begged the guy who brought it for a copy and then attempted bribery to no avail. So fucking glad this is loose on the world finally. I really love his movies, but watching these you totally understand why he is known to many he works with as David O. Asshole.
