David Byrne and Brian Eno "Moonlight in Glory" dir. Trollback + Co

Spotted on Stash, this is an experimental piece created by venerable NYC motion design outfit, Trollback + Co.
am i wrong for liking this 1981 piece more? considering today's possibilities, a lot of the sound is missing a transposition, and as regards the words, well, i've seen stronger exercises on that front, too.
This is not for everyone. I prefer it those other links, though it seems like the intent is pretty different. I thought the the tiny slices of words swooping by was sort of brilliant. To criticize, I'd say the flourishes that appear sporadically later on are a bit half-baked and plugin-y.
dull as dishwater..this is so boring and I am a designer..but everyone is doing this crap..
