tools: multiple video search and online youtube conversion
via yahoo's cool site-masher pipes, here's a multi-site video search tool: Pipes video search
(just input search term and number of results desired)
among the various youtube&co. downloaders (keepvid, vixy, zamzar, etc.), this one converts the flv to a divx .avi on the fly: VidDownloader.comprogosk, April 9, 2007 at 12:20:48 PM CEST
'course, the tech-savvier among you already know that vlc 0.8.6a can convert flv streams as it downloads them (even youtube, once you've got the get_video url) to pretty much any format you like...
