Why is this link here? This is a music video site, not TV shows.
1: This is probably going to be the future of tv and mv viewersship on tv.
2: This is an early compendium of many many tv favorites and is essentially a first stab at trying to figure out this new internet/tv format.
3: MTV is dead as a medium but a newer more internet conscious network can pick up those reigns and create an interesting platform for the delivery of mv's. To say this isn't an exciting prospect is just plain silly.

I've got all younger siblings and they've almost completely abandoned television for various internet (media) sites.
Shutting down the site and arresting this guy doesn't necessarily mean anything. The future delivery of tv is via web and I think we can all agree that mv's are created, distributed, and discussed thru no other channel than the good ol www.
don't get me wrong - the fact they shut him down is, if anything, a sign that he was onto something. (after seeing hd vimeo, even joost's rethinking itself back into the browser...)
