There's a really nice short film by Zbig Rybczynski that (invented?) and takes this concept much further. It's really worth watching, but I couldn't find it online. It's called 'New Book'.

There's also an Orbital vid called The Saint that was the first mv to do it. New Book is on a Zbig DVD. I gotta get some $ and get those..
