Broadcast "Papercuts" (Dir. Babak, 2000)

Why is this an AVI file with h264 format? I thought that's for MOV and MP4?
My Windows Media Players and Media Player Classic (K-Lite Codec Full Pack v3.3.5). I had to use VLC v0.8.6 to play it.

And MKV. FLV soon too. (Technically WMV could too, but M$ will never support it, even though they own part of the technology...)
Video for Windows couldn't handle MPEG-4 video. This means that even DivX and XviD can't be used into an AVI file.
Obviously there are hacks that makes possible to mux MPEG-4 video into an AVI container. Those hacks usually can sometimes require that the player is aware of them to reproduce the clip correctly.
Tech geekery here.
Other hacks allow: chapters, subtitles, preview images et similia. Hacked AVIs are usually still compliant with the RIFF standard.

WMP and MPC need a VFW filter for H.264. VLC just strips away the A/V contents and uses his internal support to reproduce it.
Can everyone play it now? If not I will upload a MOV.
Can everyone play it
VLC is available on any platform, so yes...
This is one of my top favorite songs..Thanks so much for the video - I never realized there was one.
@adam: Just saw your video for Rona Kenan - amazing! Please keep on posting.

Here's your ISO/IEC 14496-14 file. Same video track than the AVI, audio has been reduced to AAC@96kbps.
