Right got the picture prog, no brakes wondered 'bout that, but its more like the open frame I woz referring to, be rare to see one of these in use in the UK
A bit of googling n' I see in old Amsterdam, besides tons of them still fit for purpose, they apparently still make 'em
Fkin 'ell! They still use bar brakes n dynamos I suppose the topography of the landscape is conducive to such technical mechanics n' I guess its citizens have a more civil attitude to their city pedestrians
Apart from Oxford n maybe Cambridge, the car twat is king of the English town! Indeed they think nuffin of driving up n down the pavement (sidewalk) Sadly outside LDN often with impunity!
