Kissaway Trail "61" : Dir. Chris Sweeney

It's wild aspect ratio month.
But who will dare to go thinner than 1:3.46
really nice cinematography. phantom?
ray: ref? (this one's 1:2.95)
My bad math, I'm afraid progosk. 1:2.95 it is.
Still, it's wider than Ben-Hur-O-Scope.
Really nice stuff. Well done Sweeney.

Reads like a stock images library come ot life... Two bland models rip a feather pillow, splash about in a bath , then kiss under a sprinkler. oh wow.
I saw this on 120 minutes last night and thought it was excellent. Every shot is perfect, I think its really elegantly done.
baked bean can cook off. come back and comment when you've made a video this good for no money.
cook off yerself, i have done precisely that very thing, but unfortunately im contractually unable to show anything... its super low budget, but has a plot, a point and beautiful photography.
The low budget of this one here doesnt stop it looking like vacuous stock images from a sexy power point presentation selling office water coolers though.
Have to agree with bakedbean here.... stock footage and awful bore-motion water... double wow.
As for the aspect ratio, there have been a few excellent uses of tight aspects lately... this isn't one of them, not only does it not fit the video, but it looks as if it simply hasn't been framed for this in production. Perhaps it was slapped on at the last minute to make it look more blingtastic?
Excellent work chris.
The tension in each shot holds all the way through. Some really nicely shot performance elements in there too. Subject matter is limited as I am sure was the budget, but the piece says a lot more than the sum of its parts, which after all is the goal for any great piece of work.
Skills.
