For YouTube posters: please take the effort to post a screen cap! You will get a lot more people to watch your video if the screencap looks interesting.

Personally, I am against embedding directly on the home page. The Flash plug-in for Mozilla is not very efficient, and too much Flash objects on the same page plunder my RAM.
