Totally out of frame.
Some beautiful bits. Especially the moving shadow sequences. Some not so good. 3D characters let it down too, some look quite phony and anachronistic. Might have been better and much easier to stick to rotoscoped live action characters or the photographs of people which you've used and look great. Taxi model on motorway doesnt look too good. Maybe it needs more work. Like the 50s grade,reminded me a bit of Les Krims. Perhaps too many style shifts though. Also reminded me of Robert Bradbrooks break through short 'Home Road Movies' which you probably know. All his characters were 2D composited into the 3D environments. I'd tinker with it a bit more.
I loved the design and art direction of this piece. Sets the right mood from the get go. I disagree with stellarnight though, I don't think the intention was to make the people and vehicles photo-realistic and actually enjoy the mixing and matching of styles. Good work.

very good promo. I agree on "too many style shifts" and the story is a bit too boring. this work would have deserved a better skript.
i dont tend to comment much but this vid has a real nice momentum that kept me watching. as someone noted the artdirection and overall design is really great but definitely lay off the playstationy cg.
