i believe ron 'colonel' kurtz is a nom de guerre of ashley slater from freak power another norman cook powered band

the star is brighton club face and long term tour manager the perv and this was shot at the end of a 'big night out'

norman had hated all of his videos up until this point and decided he wanted to stop wasting money on ideas he though were neither cool nor fun

this video specifically lead to roman copploa doing 'gangster trippin' - another anti-video - and things rolled on nicely from there
