Im only 16 so i don't have a set or actors so i take anime and piece them to the music...would be nice if i had a studio and actors but you got what you got...

Don't have actors? Blackmail your friends. And a set can be anywhere, just go outside and find something that looks nice through the camera.
Search on Youtube for "karen carpenter superstar" - director Todd Haynes' first film. He didn't have actors or sets either.
Frost, you don't need a set or actors to make things. Just grab a camera and start shooting. I too like rippomatics and if you enjoy doing this anime thing, try and sharpen the piece more editorially. Instead of just jumbling the images together, try and see if you could tell a story or create moments that resonate with the music you choose.
