radio friendly crap. on the other hand, the video is quite something. the first time i see a skate video hit the road in such a graceful manner. for some reason, it reminded me of another road movie, sporting two wheelchair-bound gentlemen.

         

beautiful video except for the accelerated images. thank god allison is not in it!

         

boring. Doyle did it much better in Paranoid Park.

1. good point, serch; the zeitraffer kinda looks out of place. but the rest is solid

2. yes, 'avida' has been released on dvd, but beware its less palatable/ more arcane than 'aaltra'.

@matei - I know; I saw 'avida' at Cannes back er... 2006 and have wanted a dvd copy ever since so I could force other people to watch it. I think it's wonderful.

         

hippeeeeeeeee! Actually, it is a bit daytime TV although I liked the final shot with the migrating birds. Nice coup.
