It took me twice to watch it all the way through. I find it super distracting... the backdrop of the sky, stone-faced Bob carrying the piece, the weird laughter/chirping in the soundtrack. Strange piece...

actually this is a scene from Phillip K Dicks 'A Scanner Darkly', nails the tone of the book pretty good I'd say, nice casting.
