C & C Music Factory - Gonna Make You Sweat
(Everybody Dance Now)
C+C Music Factory was a dance music production group (led by Robert Clivillés and David Cole) distinguished for having seven #1 Dance/Club Play hits in the early to mid 1990s, as well as several pop crossover hits, one of which "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" reached #1 on Billboards Hot 100 Singles & R&B Singles charts.
hiya you fuckhead what about including director names and links to proper quality sources
bbc, 16 is there any real need for the derogatory insults? I thought we had higher standards on antville, and no I'm not just talking about the video.
I know there's a lot of crappy Youtube vids posted on here recently, but do we have to drag the comments into the gutter too?
Perhaps posting this video is a reminder of how entertaining videos used to be in the era.
Antville should not extend only to artsy, filmmaker driven indie videos. This was a massive hit back then, and set off a template for the dance craze of this 90's. It is an important video in those respects, and should not be dismissed. Don't like it? don't watch it, let the poster exercise his / her right. This is a site for all kinds of music videos, right? there's a double standard by artsy, entitled videphiles that celebrate their precious little videos and comment with condescending, easily dismissible terms to display their coolness. Are you an expert? good for you. Are you a great director? good for you. Where are your videos then? one too many posters rely on pointing out references and cute little links instead of being constructive.
As for the derogatory comments, there should be a ban on ones who have nothing better to do but disrespect others...instead of talking about videos.
Dir: Marcus Nispel. Watch for a cameo by Djimon Hounsou (Blood Diamond, Amistad).
disgusted by response #1
agreeing with comment #2
My comment:
I collect OOOOld video's from the early years of Rap and House music...
Tunes and clips I post all had a strong influence on the further development of future music...
For those who like em ... njoy ;)
