[MOVIE TRAILER] The Horsemen (Dir: Jonas Akerlund)
I know this is a waste of a post, but ah well. Here's the trailer for Akerlund new film from Platinum Dunes, the same company who ruin the film careers of MV directors like Nispel, Meyers, and Bayer very soon. The trailer is Italian dubbed, but what I can get from it is that its Akerlund's "Se7en".
The dubbing immediately turned this trailer into a comical affair.
Liked "SPUN" as a debut. This will be interesting to check this out.
looking forward to it. but what im really anxious to see is downloading nancy
yes!! thanks for that post! had no idea jonas was making another feature. looks good
It makes complete sense that MV directors would work with a producing team/company called Platinum Dunes.
Dubbed or not, the trailer proves how uninterested Akerlund (and all the other aforementioned directors) are when it comes to narrative. Spun was really bad. This looks just as bad/worse. Downloading Nancy is also trouble.
my favourite part of the trailer is when they say Michael Bay was the producer of "Independence Day"
@lusk: have you seen 'downloading..'? spun was bad, indeed, even worse than 'requiem for a dream'. but a film helmed by renck (i put my trust in his directorial skills), dp-ed by doyle, and starring maria bello shouldn't fall short of intense
How can anyone hate "Requiem For A Dream"?
i dont hate it, i love the snorricam, but i think 'trainspotting''s the ultimate drug film (is there such genre?)
requiem's too..chavy?
(rough translation)
4 Serial Killers 4 ways to kill 1 Sole Prophecy
U.S. Trailer
the film is bad, like se7en commissioned by hallmark
on the other hand, 'downloading nancy' is so merciless and gloomy and sad and tender and beautifully lit and shot and acted
