u2b embedders: if it's hd on youtube, you can add "&ap=%2526fmt%3D22" in the embed code, so that it loads hd locally too (and the fullscreen toggle then lets folks enjoy the full quality.) having said that, if you're also the original uploaders to u2b - fer chrissakes load it to vimeo hd or blip.tv where they at least still offer quicktime!
