Gah,

that interview was underwhelming. Cunningham is one of the most creative and talented short form directors of the last decade and a half and the majority of this is about old skool wank mags and self-pleasuring canines.

I get it, we're talking about his recent sources of inspiration. But seriously Viceland needs to get a clue about how to do a decent interview.

I'm not sure if Cunningham restricted the line of questioning but is this really the most interesting article this journalist could get out of an afternoon with one of our industry's most intriguing talents??

it took me a while to figure out where to click too actually. i'm not sure if the page was displaying weird in firefox or something but it said 'continued' in non-clickable text and there wasn't a 1|2|3 thing anywhere nearby. i actually don't remember how i got to the 2nd page now that i think back on it...
