I say to rename it: the "best video that BET would play" or "the Kanye West award" or lose it altogether.

I vote for the Kanye West award. :) It'll mean the thing has a bit of history and trivia to it. Plus Kanye is an artist that BET would play that takes the craft of videomaking quite seriously. Heh, any other takers for:
