Eminem - We made you, director: Joseph Kahn
rather disappointing I must say
Dr. Dre as Picard!
If you're disappointed, maybe you don't know enough about Eminem. This is basically a well-done version of every video/single he's ever released.
tell me this: who started watching this and didn't sit through the entire thing? It's pretty corny but it's also highly watchable.
I wonder what Joseph Kahn thinks about doing these. I bet they're fun, and he gets paid a decent amount, but the filmmaking is so shitty looking. It looks like a comedy central sketch comedy show.
Maybe it's always been this way; but all of his references look to be about 6 months old. This one already feels kind of dated.
feels dated, i agree. crack a bottle and hope his next video's gonna be more up to date. and anywasy, i never really liked eminem the clown, i prefer his grimmer tunes.
It's dated, but the Eminem formula is still working by releasing the funny video first, the serious ones will come soon.
"You think that's bad, you should hear the rest of my album" -- no thank you!
This back packing clown rhyming might've been cool to MTV'ers in the earlier 00's but seems really fuckin removed from modern hiphop/pop music.
Dir. Seltzer & Friedberg.
senility,
That's just uncalled for. Nothing's worse than two "filmmakers"
In the age of Kanye and "Blipsters" (by which I mean swagger crews, neon skinny jeans, etc) this feels like three steps backwards.
Not a good single at all... all over the place and the video reflects that pretty well.
Seems like people have an aversion to FUN these days.
heheh. classic. apart from the the weird guitar-hero flame performance, that was some solid juvenile-2-fingers-o-fun.
hmm, it just occured to me that that's lisa ann
