Laughing With

Intriguing song and at least some artists are still spending time on their lyrics. The video ain't bad and has some cool imagery but I can't help but compare it to Tori Amos' 'Caught A Lite Sneeze' and that's not a favorable comparison.

'Laughing With' seems to lack a naturalness. The effects often come off feeling forced or stilted (e.g., Regina taking her head off and holding it to the side). It also feels slightly cheap - like they had an F/X budget but it wasn't quite up to the task of delivering the director's vision.

All in all, I don't mind the video but I like the song better and don't feel inclined to ever watch it again.
