Boring. Costumes were good but what's the premise? They put home made costumes on and walk around in public to freak 'normal' people out? Lame art statement?... ie "Look how arty we are, we're so alienated from the rest of the world."
Even with this as the premise it's not really portrayed very well at all.
Sorry I expect way more from Art and Music videos.
