I'm really excited about Marc Webb taking this franchise in a new direction, hopefully. But more importantly, no more Tobey, Kirsten, or Dave! The trifecta of annoying actors
Yeah, Marc Webb gives me a sigh of relief...but there are rumors about a webslinging Robert Pattinson...that chills me to the bone.
His reps already debunked that rumor. He's already signed on for several films and there would be scheduling conflicts. I really hope they find some fresh-faced no-name actor.
who is Dave?
what is spiderman?
Oops, I meant to say James. I keep getting him mixed up with his brother.
marc webb? bad news. i liked 500 days of summer, but that guy is just barely finding a voice. my guess is they chose him b/c they want a monkey who's gonna say yes to whatever the producers dictate.
500 Days of Summer was not a very good movie. This is a funny announcement. From Raimi to Webb. Oh well.
Did they choose him because his last name is Webb?
^^^^^ brilliant.
