commissioners want to see the video before they commission it, show them what they are getting and they will sign it off, that's why this happens
Gwiz, you're right commissioners do wanna see it, but that doesn't excuse this. If Copeman had the original idea, how hard would it have been to combine 2 stock photos, with a bit of photoshop?
