You get fuckin' RZA to star in a music video for some indie band and end up with this snoozefest? I'd bet anything that white people are to blame for this.

         

i agree with pancho. the execution is off. the edit is off. theres some cool off kilter elements going on tho. rza dissappears for a good chunk of the video, could have used at least a shot or so to remind us hes there. the fireball through the racket was cheesy, but the light effect when its coming in was interesting...

         

Yoinks. Off indeed. How much you wanna bet the budget on this was ten times the budget of that new Liars promo and they use it to pad celebrities around a hokey, limp concept. The Vamps should go back to Richard Ayoade.

         

What's with the weird camera angles? too many wide shots. I want to see celebrities man, if RZA's in the video why keep him in the background? 2:35 use is arbitrary. Sorta an afterthought. Guys, blow the budget on celebrities at least shoot em right.

         

utter north-american scum. who the fuck are these celebreties? music's still great though.

         

ingredients for something great but doesn't deliver. i've never been a fan of the malloys.
