i love this look! there's something about the degradation and picture quality of an old vhs tape that makes me feel a certain way. it's like these guys are little kids who decided to dress up and play superhero on a saturday afternoon.

i agree dr. bones. it's a strange feeling i get when i watch this video. strangely entrancing. a story well told with a fantastic aesthetic. I wonder what they did in post to get this look. doesn't look like they used filters or after effects. maybe they did a few pass-throughs to vhs?

i haven't heard of this director before, but I have a strange feeling that we'll be seeing a lot of his work in the near future.
