"Inspired by Matt and Kim"

         

Unfortunately, I think it's more than just inspired by. Matt and Kim's video got a lot of attention just for shock value. I guess she's aiming for that same thing.

         

Wha? Copying a video's concept entirely is not inspiration, it's emulation.

I actually think it's kind of ballsy that she's straight up taking their concept and running with it. Why not?

         

It clearly says "Inspired by Matt and Kim", so there is nothing wrong with that. I respect her more as opposed to someone who goes on ffffound.com, copies a photo of a pancacked astronaut and pastes it in his video without giving due credit.

         

At least with found images, sometimes people expand on the concepts.

This is just a straight knock off. I'd forgive it if it looked better...but really it doesn't add anything to the table.

         

You know she gave credit, so there is nothing with that. The video is shitty and lame, but at least she gets my respect for not deceiving her audience.

         

I guess that part's true - doesn't make it less terrible though, haha.

         

yeah i wouldn't mind seeing the video in hd tho.
