Oldies day I guess.. couple of 80s French pop... that put a smile on my face.

French video question from this era: Years ago MTV had an international show & they showed a French pop video by a girl singer. It featured dogs sitting on platforms that moved back & forth slightly, effectively making them look like they were bopping to the music. Long shot, but have never been bale to reference this clip since. Any ideas?
