well if you look closer, there are scenes from older videos that are now reinterpreted so the stories of the older videos get a new meaning. these complete the main story of this video which is the funeral of the lead singer... this includes the fat suit scene where the other band members force the lead singer to overeat which leads to the story of their 'keine lust' video, where they all meet as fat old versions.
