Can never seem to get the clips on the Factory site to play in firefox. I couldn't get this one to play at all.
In any case, alternate link including an alternate "happy" ending.

The Quicktime encoding on the Factory movies is not set up to allow for buffering over the internet. In other words, you must wait for the entire movie to load before it will play. All you'll see is the Quicktime logo.
On a slower connection this could take a long time, and make it seem as though it's not working.
