Really well done. I think this is Vincent's best work so far. The visuals are great but it's the score / sound design that pulls the whole thing together.
And not a music video. :)
gorgeous. epic. i really love this. great everything... rare
beautiful work.
i don't know about this.... some nice fog cinematography but oh my is this uninvolved. it's 'dramatic' in a very film school way. there's zero context for why we should even care about this character (let alone this narrative) and there's just such odd directorial emphasis on the scene -- the most problematic being the donut eat end.
if you didn't want the script to say anything, at least half of the script should have been cut out. because as an audience, you tune the non monologue out anyway.
I got it, maybe you should watch it again?
is this a music video?
I'm with Bodysong on this. This feels very film school; it's college philosophy for the awakening 22 year old. It means nothing to anyone but the director and those willing to read deeply into something without depth.
Really, what is this other than attractive images taped loosely together by a nonsensical monologue. What's more, the actors either aren't particularly talented or the director did them a disservice on set or in the editing room.
nice fotography, lame story and: not a music video.
