first step: make sure you have best available copy of each of these 100 videos. though kayser sauze could probably tackle that in one lunchtime on her own, I'd suggest collectively sourcing that by putting up a list of all 100 videos, and what format/quality you have each in (filetype, image size, codec, datarate), somewhere like google docs or scribd, with a call to contribute posted here.

second step: once you've got the 100 in best available quality, get in touch for the torrent wrangling.

third step: happy xmas viewing to all!
